Wine Storage Guides
Six guides written from the factory floor: bottle dimensions, temperature and humidity, rack layouts, cabinet materials, what drives the price, and single versus dual-zone cooling. The answers we give on a call, written down.

ReadThe same answers, every time
Most of what decides whether a wine cabinet works is decided before the order: bottle diameters, room temperature swing, and where the door swings. These pages are the long version of those conversations.
Written by the export desk
Every guide is reviewed by the person who quotes the work, not by a copywriter. If a number is in here, it came from a drawing or a sample.
Revised, not rewritten
Each page carries an update date. When a specification changes, the page changes with it.
Ask for the missing one
If the question you have is not covered, ask it. The answer usually becomes the next page.
Which page to read first
Which guide should I read first?
Bottle sizes, then storage temperature. Almost every layout decision follows from the diameter of the bottles you actually buy and the temperature swing of the room they go in.
Are these guides written for the US market?
They are written for export: dimensions are given in millimetres with inches alongside where it matters, and cooling is specified at 110 V / 60 Hz for the US and 220–240 V elsewhere.
Do you answer questions the guides do not cover?
Yes, and the answer usually becomes the next page. Write to the export desk with the measurement you are stuck on.

Still not sure what your wall can take?
Send three photographs and a tape measure. We will tell you what fits before you commit to a drawing fee.
