Walk-In Wine Cellars
For clients who want to walk into the cellar rather than open a door on it. Insulated stainless walling, a framed glass door and a bottle wall, shipped as a kit with a setting-out drawing.
What this one is
One page inside the cellar systems group — the door, the wall and the bottle wall. What follows is how it meets the wall, how the rows are pitched, and what the drawing has to settle before anything is cut.
Where it goes
It fixes to the wall, which keeps the floor clear and puts the bottles at eye level.
It is part of a walk-in room, where the cabinet becomes the walling.
It is built with integrated cooling rather than a separate chiller.
Bottle fit and cradle pitch
Capacity for this model runs 200 – 1,200 bottles. If your count sits outside that band, the band moves rather than the room: the module count and the cradle pitch are what change, not the finish or the frame.
What the drawing fixes
Everything on the drawing comes back to four numbers: capacity 200 – 1,200 bottles; lead time 40 – 60 days. Change one of them and it is a different cabinet, drawn again rather than stretched. Walk-in · Door + walling kit are the mounting conditions this one is drawn for.

Made in our own factory in Shunde, Foshan: frame, finish, cradle and cooling in one workshop. Production runs 30 to 40 days after the deposit and is quoted per project. Crated for your forwarder; installation by your fitter to our drawing.
Before you order a walk-in wine cellars
Can it be built in a rented space?
Yes. Nothing is welded on site and the panels bolt together, so a walk-in cellar can be taken down and rebuilt elsewhere.
How thick is the wall?
60 mm panel plus the stainless skin, so allow 80 mm against your setting-out line.
What if the floor is not level?
The base rail packs and the threshold covers the gap. We ask for a floor level survey before the panels are cut.

Send the wall, not the wish list
Three photographs and the bottle count is enough for a scheme and a fixed price.
