Under-Stair Wine Racks
Open stainless racking cut to the stair soffit, so the wedge under a staircase becomes display storage instead of a cupboard nobody opens.
What this one is
One page inside the by room and position group — open racking that follows the rake. What follows is how it meets the wall, how the rows are pitched, and what the drawing has to settle before anything is cut.
Where it goes
It is open, with no glass and no back panel.
Bottle fit and cradle pitch
Capacity for this model runs 24 – 160 bottles. If your count sits outside that band, the band moves rather than the room: the module count and the cradle pitch are what change, not the finish or the frame.
Depth is 120 / 300 mm. The measurement that matters is the bottle, not the cabinet: a Burgundy bottle lying forward needs more than a Bordeaux one, and a magnum row needs more again.
What the drawing fixes
Everything on the drawing comes back to four numbers: width 600 – 2,400 mm; height From 400 mm at the low end; depth 120 / 300 mm; capacity 24 – 160 bottles; lead time 20 – 30 days. Change one of them and it is a different cabinet, drawn again rather than stretched. Under-stair · Raked · Open are the mounting conditions this one is drawn for.

Made in our own factory in Shunde, Foshan: frame, finish, cradle and cooling in one workshop. Production runs 30 to 40 days after the deposit and is quoted per project. Crated for your forwarder; installation by your fitter to our drawing.
Before you order a under-stair wine racks
Does an open rack under a stair need cooling?
No. An open rack is for display in a conditioned room. If the stair void is cold and enclosed, that is a cellar and it needs a door and a unit.
How do you get the rake right?
Two photos and the headroom at each end. We cut the uprights to the measured soffit line and send a setting-out drawing so the first row goes in level.
Can it hold magnums?
Yes, in the deeper rows at the tall end. Magnum cradle depth is 20 mm more, so it only works where the headroom allows.

Send the wall, not the wish list
Three photographs and the bottle count is enough for a scheme and a fixed price.
