Under-Stair Wine Cellars
The space under a stair is a wedge, and a wedge is the best wine store in the house if the shelving follows the rake instead of fighting it. Each row is cut to the headroom at that point.
What this one is
One page inside the by room and position group — follows the rake · no wasted triangle. What follows is how it meets the wall, how the rows are pitched, and what the drawing has to settle before anything is cut.
Where it goes
It is built into the joinery, flush with the surrounding panels.
It is built with integrated cooling rather than a separate chiller.
Bottle fit and cradle pitch
Capacity for this model runs 40 – 300 bottles. If your count sits outside that band, the band moves rather than the room: the module count and the cradle pitch are what change, not the finish or the frame.
Depth is 300 / 420 mm. The measurement that matters is the bottle, not the cabinet: a Burgundy bottle lying forward needs more than a Bordeaux one, and a magnum row needs more again.
What the drawing fixes
Everything on the drawing comes back to four numbers: width 600 – 3,000 mm; height From 900 mm at the low end; depth 300 / 420 mm; capacity 40 – 300 bottles; lead time 30 – 45 days. Change one of them and it is a different cabinet, drawn again rather than stretched. Under-stair · Raked · Built-in are the mounting conditions this one is drawn for.

Before you order a under-stair wine cellars
How low can the racking go?
Down to about 900 mm, below which the bottom rows stop being reachable. The rest of the wedge becomes closed storage behind a stainless panel.
Can the under-stair space be cooled?
Only if it can be sealed and insulated. Most under-stair voids are open to the house structure, and a unit fighting an unsealed void will run continuously and fail early.
Is the stair structure an issue?
No, as long as we fix to the walls and the soffit rather than loading the treads. We ask for two photos of the underside before quoting.

Send the wall, not the wish list
Three photographs and the bottle count is enough for a scheme and a fixed price.
