Designed for a service team, not a collector

Commercial Wine Cellars

Restaurants, hotels and member clubs: cellars built around how a service team actually works, with the by-the-glass run next to the till and the collection behind glass.

What this one is

One page inside the commercial group — designed for a service team, not a collector. What follows is how it meets the wall, how the rows are pitched, and what the drawing has to settle before anything is cut.

Where it goes

It is built with integrated cooling rather than a separate chiller.

Bottle fit and cradle pitch

Capacity for this model runs 300 – 3,000 bottles. If your count sits outside that band, the band moves rather than the room: the module count and the cradle pitch are what change, not the finish or the frame.

What the drawing fixes

Everything on the drawing comes back to four numbers: capacity 300 – 3,000 bottles; lead time 45 – 70 days. Change one of them and it is a different cabinet, drawn again rather than stretched. Restaurant · Hotel · Club · Showroom are the mounting conditions this one is drawn for.

Questions

Before you order a commercial wine cellars

Can you work to a fit-out programme?

Yes, and we prefer to be on the drawing from the start. A cellar designed into the fit-out costs a fraction of one retrofitted after the kitchen is in.

Do you have projects we can reference?

Yes — dealer showrooms in Yongkang and residential cellars in Foshan, and we will share drawings and photos on a call.

What about service access for a large room?

Two units rather than one on anything above 1,200 bottles, so a failure is a half-capacity event rather than a loss. That is a specification decision, not an upsell.

Send the wall, not the wish list

Three photographs and the bottle count is enough for a scheme and a fixed price.
