Bedroom Display Wall With a Wine Cabinet
A cabinet in a bedroom suite, where the wine storage takes the place of a display shelf rather than sitting in a cellar of its own.
What the photographs show
A bedroom or suite with a full-height run of shelving carrying bottles, objects and a screen or artwork, lit at shelf level. The wine is part of the room dressing, and the storage is shallow enough not to intrude.
What the build had to solve
In a bedroom the constraint is depth and noise. Storage is kept shallow, doors are soft-close, and where cooling is asked for we argue for a passive cabinet: a compressor cycling in a bedroom is the complaint that follows every cooled unit we have put in one.
What to copy, and what to avoid
Worth copying: passive storage in a bedroom. Worth avoiding: a cooled cabinet beside a bed, unless the plant is remote and ducted.

What clients ask about a room like this one
Is a bedroom too warm for wine?
For months, no. For years, it depends on how much the room swings. Wine keeps best at a steady temperature, and a bedroom that is heated at night is the opposite of steady.
Can the doors be silent?
Soft-close hinges and a magnetic catch, yes. On a bedroom unit it is worth specifying both rather than one.
