Wood-Grain Lacquer
Wood-Grain Lacquer is one of the eight stainless finish families we hold in the factory. Printed grain under lacquer, aligned so the pattern runs continuously across a run of doors instead of restarting at every joint.
What Wood-Grain Lacquer is
Printed grain under lacquer, aligned so the pattern runs continuously across a run of doors instead of restarting at every joint. It is a stainless steel wine cabinet finish, applied in the same workshop that folds the frame, which is why a code and a cabinet can be confirmed on the same drawing.
Where it works
- Warm schemes where real timber would move with the humidity.
- A wine wall next to oak flooring, matched rather than contrasted.
- Anywhere a timber cradle is already specified.
Where it does not
- Very wide single panels — printed grain repeats, and the repeat shows over 1,200 mm.
Care
Damp cloth. Avoid solvent — it lifts the print, not just the lacquer.
