25 to 45 days, and what moves it

Lead Times, Freight and Export

Production is 25 to 45 days depending on cooling and finish. Freight is a separate clock, and the two are planned together so the crate is not sitting at a port waiting for a booking.

Incoterms we work to

FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo is the default: we hand over at the port, you or your forwarder take it from there. CIF is available when you want us to book the ocean freight as well.

We do not quote DDP as a rule. The duty and the last-mile handling are better arranged by someone who does it in your country every week.

Markets and what changes

  • US — 110 V compressor, UL-style plug, inches on the drawing if you prefer.
  • EU — 220 V / 50 Hz, CE documentation, mm throughout.
  • Middle East — 220 V, high-ambient cooling specified, larger unit for the same box.
  • Sea freight is the norm; air freight only for a replacement part or a single under-counter unit.

What holds a shipment up

Almost always one of three things: an unconfirmed dimension, a finish sample that arrives late, or a client-arranged forwarder with no booking.

The first two are in your control and we chase them. The third is why we ask for the forwarder contact at the deposit stage rather than at packing.

Questions

The questions that come up before an order

Can you ship to a residential address?

Yes, but a crate needs a delivery that can handle a pallet. A residential address usually means a liftgate and a call-ahead, which is a freight option, not a problem.

Do you handle customs documents?

We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. The importer of record handles entry in your country.

What is the MOQ?

One cabinet. There is no container minimum, though freight per unit drops sharply above about six.

Three photographs and a tape measure is enough for a scheme, a finish direction and a price. The drawing fee covers the CAD and the visuals.
