Numbered modules, because the installer is not standing next to us

Packing and Crating

A 4 m wine wall arrives as six numbered modules, not as one object. The numbering is the difference between a one-day install and an argument.

The module map

Every module carries a label matching a position on the drawing: A1, A2, B1. The map goes in the crate and on the outside of it.

Glass doors travel in their own crate, face to face, never leaning against a cabinet. That is a packing decision that costs a little more and eliminates the most common transit claim in this product.

What the installer receives

  • Numbered modules with labels matching the drawing.
  • A setting-out sheet with the module widths and the joint positions.
  • Fixing pack: brackets, screws, anchors specified for the wall type you told us.
  • A one-page wiring sheet for the lighting and the heated perimeter.

Questions

The questions that come up before an order

Does flat-pack cost less to ship?

Usually yes — volume is what freight charges for, and knocking down a carcass can halve it. It moves work to site, so we only recommend it when the installer is competent.

Can I consolidate with other suppliers?

Yes. We can deliver to a consolidator in Shenzhen or Ningbo, and we will give you the crate dimensions and weights in advance.

What if a crate arrives damaged?

Note it on the delivery document before signing and photograph it. That single step is what makes the freight claim possible.

Send the wall and the bottle count

Three photographs and a tape measure is enough for a scheme, a finish direction and a price. The drawing fee covers the CAD and the visuals.
